Biography
I am a final-year Civil Engineering undergraduate at Jadavpur University, with academic work that bridges structural mechanics and digital innovation. My research interests lie in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), particularly through the integration of Computer Vision and image processing. I have developed approaches for automated crack detection and non-contact deflection measurement, leveraging Python and Java to design efficient, data-driven tools for infrastructure assessment.
Outside of my technical focus, I am passionate about the interplay between the built environment and the natural world. An avid trekker and traveler, I have explored diverse Himalayan landscapes across India and Nepal. This love for exploration complements my interest in photography, which serves both as a medium for documentation and as a channel for creative expression.
